Project Summary
Ray Products manufactured the multi-color multi-part enclosure for this lifesaving medical device using custom colors of thermoplastic material.
The cosmetic surfaces are achieved by applying a Mold Tech Acid Etch Texture to the tool surface. As a result, the parts required no additional finish to achieve this attractive appearance.
The medical cart used a sheet metal chassis for attachment points and the client’s logo was applied using Ray Products’ in-house silk-screening capabilities.
